How to Be An Alpha Male
To Be An Alpha Male: Be confident, work on yourself, be self aware, work out and be in good shape, take care of how you look, have good body language.
It’s not difficult, but also not easy to be Alpha. But anyone that wants to be, can. It’s a mindset as it is characteristics and traits.
If you are here, it’s either because you found what you were looking for or someone sent you this.
Be grateful for either scenario.
Alpha Up.
First, in order to be alpha, you are going to have to stop being lazy and also change your mindset. Clearly whatever you are doing, is not working.
Second, this may take time. It is up to you to will your way to alpha. If you give up, you go back to the beta life. You really need to ask yourself what do you want and why. If you have a purpose you are more likely to get this any challenges.
Third, some people might not like the new alpha male you. It’s not because there is anything wrong with being alpha male, it’s that they knew you when you were a beta or sigma male and can’t understand who you are becoming. You can’t let people hold you back from becoming alpha or becoming who you really want to be.
So How Do You Actually Become An Alpha Male?
It starts with you. You have to take care of yourself. Or at least start to take care of yourself.
- Get in shape.
- Eat better.
Just these two things are difficult. So you may say, that’s easy, I can do that. Okay, so do it.
Don’t overwhelm yourself with everything all at once. It is hard to succeed this way.
However, we will continue to add things here and you can always come back to this when you are ready.
Next thing to do to become Alpha.
- Discover who you want to be. Yea, this is some bs advice. I get it. But it’s true.
How do you even become something or someone, if you don’t know what the hell you want to be? Do you understand?
You need to figure this out.
Write down what type of life you want. It’s okay to dream big. But you need something to role model or pursue, otherwise all of this is a waste of effort without something to work towards.
