- Sitting with poor body posture. Sometimes hunched over.
- Closed body language. Arms closed together.
- Poor eye contact.
- Speaks quietly and softly
- Weak handshake
- Gestures are often small rather than bold or large

- You are secretive
- You are a “NICE” guy
- You put other people’s needs and feelings ahead of your own
- You are always searching for perfection
- You are scared to do the wrong thing
- You worry about what other people will think
- You are always the best friend
- You get put into the friend zone
- You are the jealous type
- You blame others for your problems
- You complain and are negative
- You are overly emotional
