If you want to have a better life, you need to start making some changes. This should be obvious.
Why?
Because you are doing things, that are obviously not getting you the results you want. So it’s time to audit what you are doing.
You have to be smart about this.
If you just try to do a bunch of different things, with no real strategy or plan, you will run in circles trying to figure things out. It doesn’t have to be that complicated.
- You won’t figure it out right away.
- And it will probably not be easy.
- You will struggle with the idea of doing things differently.
You are already stuck in whatever routine and choices you have, so to change that suddenly, is not easy.
For some of you, the one’s that realize that this is really the only choice there is. That is, to do things differently, you will get it. And you will likely start seeing changes more quickly. Or, you will revert back to what you have always done. If you give up after not seeing results quick enough.
You have to be prepared. This is going to take time.
This is something that you have to do on your own. And there is no set schedule. You will do what you do, for however long you want to do it. And you will start doing what you need to do, when and if you want to.
No one can make you do anything. No one should have to. You should want to. And if you aren’t ready, then you aren’t ready. There is no pressure. This is your life.
Everything you ever wanted. Everything you ever dreamed of. Everything you ever thought you could possibly be. It really comes down to whether you really are willing to do what it takes to achieve that or not.
If you think it is easy for others. Maybe it was. Who knows. Does it really matter? They aren’t you. You are not them. And you never will be. You will be you, but you can be the best version of you.
So if you really want to start achieving what you want. Then take a look at what you do. This is easier said than done.
You might say you wake up, you do this and you do that. And all you need to do is X Y and Z. And yea, maybe. Maybe that’s all you need. So try it out. And see what happens.
Commit to it for more than a day. More than 3 days. More than a week. Commit to it for 3 weeks. Or a month. And then see.
The thing is, if you add too many changes all at once, it will be a shock to your system. Maybe that’s a good thing. But make sure you don’t overwhelm yourself and you don’t overextend yourself.
Start with the right amount of change. Or try to do some things a little differently. But make sure it’s not easy. Because if its too easy, then you aren’t really doing much. And the amount of change you are hoping for, and the results are going to be minimal.
I don’t know what you want to change. I don’t really care. You should care. Because it should be important to you. If you care what I think, or what anyone else thinks, then you might be wasting your time.
It’s good to have support and encouragement. But if you are seeking that out in order to change. Then you are asking for permission. You are wanting someone to tell you everything is going to be okay. Don’t do that to yourself.
Maybe you’re scared. Maybe you’re uncertain. Maybe you don’t know where to start. Or don’t know what to do.

This isn’t about being Alpha. It’s about being your best. It’s about having the courage to go for what you want and making your life something you are proud of. This isn’t some temporary thing where you get some small prize. It’s about being your best, day in and day out. This means you do what you need to do, because you lead by example.
It won’t be easy. Like I said. And you will probably fail. You probably will have doubts. But nothing is easy. Everything just becomes easier. Remember that.
Figure out who you are and what you do. And then start realizing that those things have gotten you where you are today. From there, figure out what you have to replace to get you to where you want to be. It’s not about changing your entire life. There are some good and some not so good things with many of us. It’s about replacing the things holding you back, with the things that will get you ahead.
