Alpha is king. Beta and sigma are low value. It’s that simple.
The truth is not everyone can be the king. But you can be alpha. Alpha is a mindset. It’s a way of life. It’s confidence, it’s character, it’s goals, it’s caring about yourself, it’s being self aware, and it’s being comfortable with who you are.
There is no set definition of an alpha female or alpha male. But the foundation is the same. They believe in themselves and they take action.
I consider Bet and Sigma the same thing. Other’s would disagree. But both are not what you want. Unless you enjoy being beta and submissive, then that’s the life for you.
Alpha is about taking care of yourself.
Being an Alpha female and alpha male is about taking the initiative. Aggressive to some, passionate and driven to others.
Beta is about being quiet and being passive.
Sigma is about being weak minded.
You need to respect yourself. That is Alpha.
When you stop complaining about life and you start seeking solutions. This is alpha.
Alpha doesn’t happen overnight. And no one is born with it. It happens over time. And you can’t do anything about the past. But you can control how you live your life going forward.
Do you want to live the life you want, or do you want someone else to live it?
That is the question.
